Refund & Cancellation
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for Royal Enfield bookings, accessory orders and service at Velavan Motorcycles, Chennai.
Motorcycle Booking
A booking amount may be paid to confirm allocation of a Royal Enfield motorcycle. If the customer chooses to cancel the booking before vehicle invoicing, the booking amount is refundable subject to a nominal administration deduction as per the dealer's prevailing terms. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment instrument.
Once Invoiced / Registered
Once a motorcycle is invoiced and registered with the Tamil Nadu RTO in the customer's name, cancellation is no longer possible. Standard Royal Enfield warranty terms apply.
Accessories
Genuine Royal Enfield accessories purchased and not yet fitted may be returned within 7 days of invoice in original sealed packaging, subject to inspection. Fitted accessories cannot be returned.
Service
Service charges are non-refundable once work has been performed. Estimates are provided prior to commencement of any chargeable work.
Test Rides
Test rides are complimentary and may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without charge. Please call +91 97907 80303 to reschedule.
