When you submit our contact forms, test ride booking forms, EMI calculator, exchange enquiry, finance enquiry, or interact with us on WhatsApp or phone, we collect your name, mobile number, email, location, preferred Royal Enfield model, and any additional information you choose to share.

We use your information to: respond to your enquiry; share Royal Enfield pricing, EMI, exchange and finance information; schedule test rides; deliver service reminders; and send occasional offer communications. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site usage and improve our services. WhatsApp click-throughs and phone-call clicks are tracked as conversions. Cookies are used for analytics, ad attribution and basic site functionality. 4. Data Sharing
Your information may be shared with Royal Enfield (Eicher Motors Ltd.) for warranty, registration and recall purposes, and with our authorised finance partners (HDFC, ICICI, Bajaj Finance, IDFC First, TVS Credit, Hero FinCorp) only when you actively apply for finance.
5. Data Retention
Lead and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction. Sales, service and finance records are retained as required by Indian law and Royal Enfield's dealer agreement.
